HBX has developed a single control unit designed to accommodate a wide range of hydronic heating and cooling need for a multitude of commercial, industrial and residential heating and cooling management applications, making the device effective for both simple and complex multi-use environments. HBX’s modern weather responsive controls are designed for use with boilers, mixing valves, solar, geothermal, snow-melt, and domestic hot water applications. HBX controls are unique in the market with modular design that allows connection into the base unit to allow simple expansion or modification, ease of upgrades, and cost savings. The modular design uses one display for entire control and eliminates cross wiring between control and module. The unique color coded wiring plugs provide ease of installation and simplified wiring. HBX Controls support applications ranging from simple designs requiring programmable thermostats to large more intricate designs. HBX CIS (Computer Interface Software) provides remote management and monitoring capabilities. The modular control units (CPU-1000 and ECO-1000) eliminate the need to install and maintain many different models for different applications. The modular nature of the expansion modules compliment the CPU-1000, ECO-1000, and SNO-1000 Controls. The HydroBloc (HYD-0100) hybrid mixing system allows the mixing of multispeed pumps in multiple unit applications. With the SolarBloc (SOL-0100) automatic differential is achieved using a variable speed pump and flow sensor. Both the HydroBloc and the SolarBlock allows for simple piping and controlling for radiant and solar installations.
